We are a fun, preppy, women's clothing company in need of a fabulous Store Manager at our Greenwich, CT boutique on Greenwich Avenue.

Our ideal candidate must have an outgoing personality, sales focused, a positive can-do attitude and a genuine desire to represent our brand and make our customers happy!

Your enthusiasm for the brand should be contagious. You will lead by example demonstrating exceptional customer service, excellent visual presentation and housekeeping standards with strong adherence to the company policies and brand mantra.

You must be willing to work full-time. Flexible to work at other store locations should we need short-term help. (Charleston, Jupiter, Naples)

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work 40 hours per week - please do not apply if you cannot work full time. Strong management skills with ability to hire, train, manage and retain store associates.
• Ability to create local partnerships and events , boosting the brand presence and generating additional sales.
