POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Management position is responsible for the efforts of the Northern Sales Team and their budgeted revenue. The sales manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring the members of the team to consistently grow and exceed sales objectives . Establishes individual revenue plans for team members based on their existing business and sales pipeline. Develop annual expense plans, monitoring individual expenses, and ensure the region is adhering to plan.

Upon completion of your training program, you will be responsible for the sales commitment of your assigned Sales Representatives, their adherence to our sales process and achieving sales targets while maintaining and growing a book of business year over year. This includes but is not limited to business development, sales expansion and introduction of new products and services to existing clients, servicing existing accounts and selling the organization's products and/or services.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct regularly scheduled meeting with reps.
  • Responsible for the sales and revenue growth of the assigned sales team.
  • Develop individual sales goals for each member.
  • Establish pipeline Management goals that will support individual sales target.
  • Determine account retention strategies for existing business.
  • Establish regularly scheduled individual meeting to review efforts, challenges, and other high impact activities.
  • Coach and develop sales process by following sales playbook.
  • Set individual outbound call goals.
  • Direct and focus reps on Walworth "sweet-spots" and value proposition with all product categories and segments.
  • Encourage and monitor proper use of company CRM/SalesForce.
  • Keep sales team informed and updated on company objectives, direction, policies, product, and marketing efforts.
  • Review and approve appropriate uses of company expenses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in outside sales or sales management.
    • Print industry experience is a plus.
  • Able to translate previous work experience into good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.
  • Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.
  • Apply existing processes and procedures to assist reps in solving problems.
  • Ability to develop and coach reps and consistently to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.
  • Valid Driver's License
