1. Ensure customer sales growth.

a. Follow up with social media inquiries, phone calls, and leads sent to the sales team.

b. Create estimates for interested customers.

c. Follow up with customers who have estimates out.

d. Ensure sales metrics are being met and coach sales associates to improve selling abilities.

2. Shipping operations.

a. Coordinate and schedule shipping.

b. Utilize the accounts established to find best pricing available.

c. Be point of contact with all shipping vendors.

3. Customer sales scheduling/ communication.

a. Schedule customer’s vehicles for work in the most efficient manner.

b. Work with builders and other shop crew to ensure proper time management.

c. Keep schedules organized and full.

4. Minor customer decisions.

a. Ensure customer satisfaction by being empowered to make customer centric decisions that do not negatively affect Tier One.

5. Utilize proper workflow.

a. Follow proper workflow to ensure all vehicles are well documented.

b. Establish changes in workflow process with the approval of management to ensure workflow is easy to follow.

6. Maintain accountability for customer vehicles in Tier One’s possession.

a. Do daily walks of all customer parking spaces to keep awareness of what vehicles need to be worked on/ prioritized.

b. Be able to give status updates on all vehicles at any point in time.

7. Maintain clean and organized workspace.

a. Keep Tier One Merch fully stocked.

b. Keep paperwork on desk to a minimum.

c. Dust/ wipe down surfaces on a regular basis to showcase a neat and clean shop to our customers. (lobby, bathrooms, front desk)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
