Position Summary
Due to our exponential growth, Bath Fitter is looking for exceptional Sales Manager in the New Jersey (Bergen, Hudson, and Essex) market. The Sales Managers report to the Vice President of Sales. The Sales Managers direct the company’s sales force effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales force productivity. These include

  • sales planning and reporting
  • quota setting and management
  • sales process optimization
  • sales training
  • sales program implementation, and
  • recruiting, selection and development of the sales force talent

Our sales consultants visit customers in their homes to help them identify the best solution to fit their bathroom renovation needs. Bath Fitter is the leader in terms of design, craftsmanship, quality, value, and service. There is absolutely NO COLD CALLING, our sales consultants receive 100% of their leads. Our incredible marketing team generates hot leads through a multitude of marketing channels including traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics.Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day activities of the sales team ensuring that they hit all their KPIs including but not limited to
  • revenue targets by territory and segment
  • win rate
  • discount percentage
  • availability for appointments
  • Provides leadership to the sales organization, and coordinates with the Vice President of Sales in implementing the sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the company’s goal
  • Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity
  • Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel. Makes recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations to maximize sales productivity
  • Leads a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders
  • Works closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities
  • Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization
  • Provide marketing with bi-weekly updates on the competitive landscape
  • Works closely with sales leadership and Human Resources, establishes a sales force training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies. Prioritizes training objectives for selling, sales management, and sales support roles
  • Oversees the delivery of field training to sales consultants and sales support personnel
  • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives
  • Reviews and evaluates performance management
  • Initiates appropriate management disciplinary procedures (PIP process)
  • Outstanding understanding of the Bath Fitter sales and selling process and use of Bath Fitters proprietary tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create an accountable, result driven, team-oriented environment
  • Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time
  • Maintain a team Net Promoter Score >9
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
