No immediate recruiting experience is necessary. We have signed job orders for you!

Responsibilities:

Writing captivating job descriptions

Developing comprehensive candidate profiles

Utilizing industry platforms to find and develop potential candidates

Cultivating relationships with candidates and clients

Facilitating, negotiating, and closing employment contracts

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

2+ years sales/recruiter experience prefered

Tech-savvy

Recruiting experience a plus

Construction industry experience preferred

4 yr. degree preferred, but not required

Strong persuasive writing skills required
