The Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for the commercial activity in the Midwest (Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Wisconsin, N. Dakota, S. Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota), plus any prospects where they have existing relationships. The Sales Executive will connect directly with prospective clinics/physicians to guide them through the consultative sales process focused on building trust by demonstrating how a partnership with Nudj improves the lives of their patients as well as the success of their practice.

We offer a base salary and competitive commission plan. This is an individual contributor role and reports to the Director of Sales. Candidate will work virtually from home except for necessary business travel.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, health system administrators and other healthcare providers and serve as a trusted, strategic partner with a focus on growth and building long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts
  • Manage your book of business with face-to-face travel within your region, when necessary
  • Develop proficiency and knowledge of the lifestyle medicine space and Nudj Health’s solutions with the ability to clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with Nudj
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and a set of cross-functional business unit colleagues to drive results

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Must reside in the Midwest (current pipeline and customer focus in Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana)
  • Strong understanding of the workings of healthcare systems and healthcare reimbursement
  • Experience in Cardiology, Oncology or Primary Care preferred
  • Strong relationships to a broad network of healthcare organizations and executives as well as physicians and clinics
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing sales
  • Ability to identify target accounts, appropriate contacts within that account, and formulate strategies to generate interest in Nudj’s offerings
  • Demonstrates passion and energy both externally with the customer and internally with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day
