Job description

The Sales Engineer supports the Sales Department by providing pre/post-sales technical support to target channel partners, direct sales, account management and wholesale clients. The Sales Engineer will function as a technical liaison for channel partners, direct sales, account management, and wholesale clients. The Sales Engineer will provide expert consulting, design and engineering of all voice, MPLS, Security as a Service, SD-WAN and complex sales solutions. The Sales Engineer is also responsible to manage a queue of all new business proposals to ensure all RFPs include the proper CPE per the outlined solution.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent - required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio products - required
• Two years’ experience in the telecommunications industry in a technical role – required
• One year experience with a CRM software such as SalesForce.com; navigation of systems - preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
