About the Role
- Set up meetings with qualified prospective clients and Client Development team
- Prospect category specific leads to grow pipeline
- Manage Pipeline in CRM providing updates, notes, and research for all potential leads
- Qualify incoming leads
- Connect with leads through phone calls, voicemail, email, text, video chat and any other form of communication
- Follow up on all marketing, direct outreach, and other forms of lead acquisition, managing the various touchpoints of a lead
- Educate leads on Fuse offerings in order to qualify and set up meetings with client development executives
- Identify needs and suggest appropriate products/services to leads
- Identify best practices and refine lead generation playbook
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal team members and clients
- Experience in a similar client/ customer facing role
- Competitive, Curious, Shows grit and resilience.

- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Strong organizational & communication skills

- Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management
- College Degree Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
