Are you a dynamic sales/business development professional?Hamister Group, LLC, located in downtown Buffalo, is hiring an experienced Sales Development Manager to oversee and manage all healthcare sales for our organization.
Reporting to the Vice President of Healthcare Operations, this position will be directly responsible for helping the sales teams at our assisted living communities and home health agency to meet and exceed the budget.

This is what we will need from you:
- Prior experience teaching and training other sales leaders on referral development and sales calls/metrics
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing plan development
- Effectively uses systems and tools to manage referral source sales and inquiries
- Utilizes creativity with sales strategies to partner with marketing (print advertisements, brochures, and media campaigns)
- Ability to travel
