Position Purpose
The Sales Cycle Planning Manager is responsible for working closely with the Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales Allowance teams to develop trade programs for the field sales force to sell and execute. In addition, this position plays a crucial role in coordinating timing, retail targeting, program tracking, and ensuring effective communication.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Collaborate with the marketing team in developing trade programs for all three categories aligned with the strategies. In addition, they will work for the field sales force to sell and execute in their assigned territories to achieve the company goals.
  • Planned and coordinate the communication of all field sales programs to be sold and executed by the field sales force, including retail and chain accounts. Develop and maintain monthly reports for the field sales force that detail planned initiatives at the store level (Prioritization Tool). Maintain field sales force documents & reports repository (Field Sales Force i-Hub/JTI Plus)
  • The Ongoing collaboration with the field sales force on sharing initiatives to gain their feedback and to secure additional recommendations to share with the marketing team before final programs are approved.
  • Work with TME and field support Managers in the execution/report mechanism on TME. For example, ensuring the field sales force has all the tools they need for program execution and reporting.
  • Assist the Commercial Planning Manager in monitoring expenditures vs. budget. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • 3+ years of CPG experience in a sales-related role that includes interaction with field sales, sales operations, or field sales experience is a plus.

Salary: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
