Your day to day will involve marketing, calls, tours of our fitness facility and membership sales. We currently offer a very competitive pay plan with full benefits and the ability to fast track your career from Sales Counselor to Assistant General Manger in 90 days or less from start date. Upper management direct hire positions are available as long as applicant has previous fitness sales and management experience. * Sales Counselors consistently earn between $2,300 to 3,500 per month. * Assistant General Managers consistently earn between $4,000-$5,000 per month
