Salary: Starting @ $45k/year

Making your next move count

Purpose of Position:

· This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales team primarily Mobile Equipment. You will

establish and maintain an excellent relationship with our customers, outside sales force, manufacturing and engineering

groups.

· Must be able to communicate with all areas and levels of company management. From time to time will interact with administrative and operations counterparts at Kalmar Sweden as well as operations in Stargard, Poland and Shanghai, China. Will also serve as the internal and external champion for all customer service and order processing issues related to

counterbalance products.

· Interacts with sales, product lines and engineering, manufacturing operations, warranty and service to ensure that all ordered and delivered equipment accurately reflects benefits and features from every user perspective. Assist management when required.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Facilitate the order process for heavy Mobile Equipment Sales

· Coordinate internally with various departments throughout the order process

· Sales support for outside sales force, sales material, quotes, etc.

· Coordinate logistics and equipment delivery

· Cooperate with Product Line and worldwide MAU facilities located in Poland and China

· Coordinate internally with various departments throughout the order placement and shipping process

· Provide sales support for the Regional Sales Managers as appropriate

· Respond effectively and efficiently to internal and customer inquiries including queries relating to orders and/or returns and escalate when required

· Follow up on all inquiries and facilitate product demonstrations with RSMs, dealers and potential customers

· Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team

· Support the CB Demo program, as required and in conjunction with the Director of Sales US/Canada

· Liaise with RMs and operations to determine order status and track/maintain delivery timescales to insure timely delivery of orders to customers

· Prepare and administer any and all commercial documentation necessary to properly ship equipment to its destination and process invoices

· Provide the Sales team market data support, when applicable

· Maintain any sales support databases

· Other duties may be assigned

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:

· B.S. or B.A. Degree in business preferred. Some technical aptitude helpful but not required.

Experience:

· Self-starter

· Must possess the ability to handle difficult demanding situations and multiple priorities

· Requires a demonstrated teamwork attitude

· High level of curiosity and enjoys working with complex order process and logistics issues

· Customer focused

· Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.

· Equipment experience a plus

Competencies:

· Minimum advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience.

· Good working knowledge of Google Suite of products such as Docs, Sheets, & Slides

· SAP, Salesforce, and other online systems knowledge and experience.
