Overview:

Sales Coordinator should be a team oriented individual looking to set our accounts up for success seasonally by providing critical assets as well as supporting the sales team to provide best in class service to accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive sales for major department stores by providing monthly copy/content information for men's, women's and children's product
  • Align our brand standard by supporting accounts with monthly images of product or provide samples and brand guides to accounts for photography
  • Review department store .com business to ensure proper image usage, pricing and brand standards
  • Build and manage seasonal sample sets and support with showroom appointments
  • Oversee specialty trade show prep and travel to shows to assist with set up and account appointments
  • Circulate marketing materials to accounts – brand kits, compass documents, in store signage – and partner with marketing on the creation of these assets
  • Manage content on NuOrder platform – landing page, line sheet information, newsletters and ATS “hot lists”
  • Facilitate the custom process as needed for AEs – support in artwork creation, loading of artwork to custom tool, order entry support
  • Point of contact for outside sales reps for any inner office needs
  • Research new account opportunities and share them with sales executives
  • Support the team with additional tasks to drive sales and provide best in class customer service
