We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused
Sales Coordinator to support our teams in the field and in the Will Call Sales Center. Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction. The sales coordinator will play an integral role in ensuring a smooth interface between the Sales Team and the Shipping/Warehouse team.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in customer orders.
- Support the Sales Team with order entry and tracking.
- Track and monitor order status and shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Create and manage various reports and spreadsheets.
- Ensure all order forms are completed and processed accurately.
- Monitor and update the customer price lists for the Sales Team.
- Monitor inventory status to ensure product availability.
- Occasionally assist in pulling orders for the Warehouse Team.
- Assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office; proficiently and accurately
- Performance driven with a high level of accountability
- Organized, self-motivated and a self-starter
- Experience and/or desire to work within a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to ensure accuracy of work assignments
- Ability to effectively listen and communicate, both verbally and written
- Ability to convey product information and availability to customers
- Ability to deal tactfully with customers
Desirable:
- Knowledgeable and experienced in pest control operations
- Knowledgeable with the use of SAGE
