Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality, professional and prompt customer service to all external and internal customers via email
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
  • Work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer service platforms (email, telephone, social media, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to commute to Brooklyn Navy Yard
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience operating computers and the ability to learn new software
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
