Job description
Responsibilities:
- Providing quality, professional and prompt customer service to all external and internal customers via email
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
- Work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer service platforms (email, telephone, social media, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must be able to commute to Brooklyn Navy Yard
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience operating computers and the ability to learn new software
- Strong problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
