Job description
Arcosa Aggregates is a leading producer and distributor in the U.S. of natural, aggregates, including expanded shale and clay, crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt rock, and other products.
What you'll do:
- Reviewing daily sales records for pricing and job accuracy.
- Signing off on final sales daily for invoicing.
- Creating new jobs, quotes, and orders from a sales representative or a new customer pickup order using price list – orders will need pricing at order creation.
- Editing orders.
- Maintain order pricing and price list.
- Generates sales reports daily, monthly, and quarterly.
- Assist sales representatives with monthly forecasting.
- Assist with credit and rebills write ups when needed.
- Maintain high level project information (PC’s, addresses, contact information, etc.).
- Perform controls for audit review.
- Backup to dispatch as needed.
- Prepare brokered spreadsheet.
- Review brokered tickets for billing.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of relevant experience.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace, lean operation.
- Able to follow projects to completion with quick turnaround times.
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative and project management abilities.
- Results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
