As a Sales Associate, you provide everyone with a delightful shopping experience that makes customers continue to be our biggest fans. You are the face of Once Upon A Child Syracuse and are proud of it! You love our environmental sustainability practices and community outreach, but most of all you believe that our company ethics is what sets us apart. You represent Once Upon A Child Syracuse's company values and show up everyday to work wanting to make a difference.

Your Responsibilities:
You are a people person that wants to help all customers find exactly what they are looking for and give them accurate information about the buy process! (Don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know!)

You're passionate about getting customers what they need for their little ones!

You explain Once Upon A Child Syracuse's programs with all customers by sharing with them the importance of joining the loyalty program, New Mom Club and more.

You excel at working on the Sales Floor but can adjust to being where you're needed (Register, Buying Counter, Tagging, Hanging, Running etc.) because you're a ROCK STAR!

You're a problem solver.

You are a team player! You are always willing take an assist for the team.

You embody integrity and always do the right thing to abide by company policies & procedures!
