*WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST*

We are looking for some Retail Sales Representatives and Ice Cream Scoopers to provide excellent customer service for our Toys & Sweets store downtown Chelan! Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, as well as serve yummy ice cream treats. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell/Up-sell products
• Prep and Scoop Ice Cream
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Assist in pricing and receiving inventory
• Stock Shelves
• Maintain a clean and friendly environment
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Qualifications:

• Food Handler's Permit
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
