You will be trusted to:

-Generates reports and dashboards that analyze trends (leading/lagging indicators), site performance, and department financial data.
-Supports multiple safety applications by performing database updates, as well as other application maintenance.
-Creates innovative ways and visual aids to share site performance across the organization.
-Produces accurate safety related communication that is consistent with LCRA’s safety mission and goal.
-Builds partnerships with other departments and leaders to understand the alignment with safety processes and proactively drives growth and improves results toward a best in class safety culture.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years’ experience in administration of industrial safety and/or health programs, operations analysis, process improvement, project management, business systems analysis, financial analysis or related experience. A degree in safety, health, business, economics, finance, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver’s license

You are a great fit with:

- Experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.
- Experience with safety management systems and learning management systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA, ANSI, EPA, etc.).

Pay: $26.53 - $33.22 per hour
