Job Title: Analyst
Duration: 12 Month+
Location: Buffalo, WV

DESCRIPTION:

• The primary role of the Safety Analyst position is to support Production Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achievement for Safety. Position must maintain compliance through supporting EI, FA, and OSHA investigations and developing counter measures. This position is responsible for OSHA record keeping and compliance to meet Federal and State laws.
• Responsibilities pertain to this position.
• Must support the Safety department's objective to prioritize safety through standardization, achieve best safety performance and an incident free workplace.
• Lead/manage team members. Must provide proper training to team members on safety subjects; provide safety support and leadership on the plant floor. Must support safety investigations and lead problem solving groups that include members from production & support.

• Manage projects. Lead project activity requiring management of internal & external resources.
• Manage processes. Use FMDS to drive TBP activity to improve KPI performance in safety. Assist with programs such as TSMS and Safety Steering Team development.
• Resolve problems. Utilize FMDS process to prioritize and implement safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Develop business plans and strategies. Lead, support and participate in key safety initiatives within TMMWV's safety group.

Requirements:
Required:

• In addition to education/equivalent experience:
• 2+ years developing and implementing safety and health programs
• 2+ years' experience in injury investigation management and analysis
• 2+ years' experience in a Manufacturing environment

Leadership/Management Experience or Skills
Required:

• Lead and support OSHA record keeping and compliance to meet federal law

Preferred:
Working knowledge of machining and assembly processes in a manufacturing plant

• Experience in use of Cority data management dashboards
• Experience implementing safety management systems
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Experience with Client Business Practices.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $34.00 - $46.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Liberty, WV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• EHS: 2 years (Preferred)
