RPA Administration/ Support - (Automation Anywhere)
Job description
Full-Time only, no C2C.
RPA Administration/ Support with expertise in Automation Anywhere.
Looking for 2 experienced Automation Anywhere Administrator/ Support resources with 2- 5 years of experience administering and supporting Automation Anywhere environments.
You will be joining our 5 member team of Automation Anywhere Developers.
The responsibilities will include -
a. Design RPA - Automation Anywhere environments to ensure the environment is ready to install Automation Anywhere Enterprise (AAE) v11 Control Room and Client and other components (BotInsight, IQBot).
b. Maintenance of Control Room and IQBot Servers.
c. Work with SA and DBA to monitor performance and ensure health of Application and Database servers.
d. Maintenance of AA Client machines (Virtual Server or Virtual Desktop).
e. Test and install Automation Anywhere Control Room, Client and IQBot upgrade.
f. Perform basic troubleshooting for Automation Anywhere distributed environment including
Analyze application log files
Change log4j levels for troubleshooting purposes
Customer Reference for all Projects is a must.
