Okler Roofing is seeking team members who are willing and want to learn industry technics, must be able to perform high quality work and get projects done in a timely manner, capable of installing a wide variety of roofs systems, must climb ladders, be able to over 50 pounds occasionally. Carpentry & Framing skills are a plus. Basic osha saftey class and in house training on our demonstration roof is required.

Some of our preferred experience areas are:

Mastery or partial knowledge of any or all of the following:

• Asphalt Shingles of all types
• Single ply "Rubber or PVC" membranes
• Standing Seam Metal
• Pole Barn Steel and pole barn construction
• Sheet Metal Fabrication with CNC Machine or Hand Brakes
• Metal Shingles, Metal Shakes, and Metal Tiles
• Liquid Applied Water Proofing
• Roof Repairs
• Seamless Gutter Systems
• Rollforming Machines
• Construction Framing
• General construction knowledge
• Concrete work experience
