Contract RN Supervisor
11p-7a T-Th 3p-11p every other weekend

Responsibilities
- Oversee LPN and CNA staff in a Long-Term Care Facility
- Admissions
- Fall Reports
- Call Physicians
- Take orders accurately and efficiently

Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients

Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review

Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician
-
Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals
Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing
-
Current state license as an RN
-
Proof of current CPR certification
-
Compassionate, friendly demeanor
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
At least 1 year of experience in LTC Supervisory Role
- Must display initiative
- Social Security Card
- Covid Vaccination
- Up to Physical and TB test
