CarePro of NY is looking for a Training Instructor to provide Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide training. In addition to teaching individuals the skills and knowledge that they need to be successful in the homecare field, you will also perform skills assessments and tests to track their individual progress. Since you will be instrumental to the success of these individuals, we expect applicants for this role to have significant experience in teaching and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Training, inspiring and motivating students to provide exceptional home care services.
• Developing, coordinating and conducting the Home Health training program.
• Maintaining a training program that is in compliance with quality management, department of health and safety standards.
• Assess students using training materials and tests.

Requirements

• Must be RN Certified
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Atleast 1 year of RN experience
• One year Homecare experience as an RN
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Must have knowledge of homecare policies and procedures
• Able to commute in Westchester county

Job Types: Full-time, Per diem

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
