Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Revenue Integrity is responsible for overseeing the control, maintenance and compliance of the CDMs for the Jackson Health System. The position is an expended role for current Charge Description Manager role to include additional responsibilities for Revenue Integrity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the managers of the charge master and revenue reporting. Responsible for all KPI and month end reporting for revenue cycle. Responsible for overseeing training on all patient financial systems. Collaborate with the CBO and HIM Directors on system optimization, new installs and upgrades. Perform project management duties in conjunction with IT on new software and programs. Provide training and in-services to new managers and Directors on Revenue Cycle duties. Oversee revenue integrity functions and provide assistance to each facilities financial lead. Responsible for all charge master updates. Maintain all system processes of billing and collection up to date with all legislative changes. Audit all revenue cycle systems and ensure data integrity. Role models behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise). Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. Leadership experience is required.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
License Certification:
- Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
Knowledge Skill Abilities:
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.

Pay: $39,646.00 - $110,956.00 per year
