Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Pursue opportunities unique to each customer’s needs in a retail setting.
- Educate customers about Textron Specialized Vehicles products, including the features and benefits that make TSV products superior to competitors.
- Communicate individual and team progress toward business development milestones to company management.
- Complete all monthly reporting and forecasting requirements.
- Maintain records of all quotes and outcomes of customer purchases, including purchases outside of TSV.
- Ensure all sales operations documentation is properly submitted in an accurate and timely manner to assure TSV products will be manufactured and distributed according to distribution specific configurations.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Work with business leaders to create and implement strategies to grow market share.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field required
- Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
- Software Knowledge: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office
