As a full-time Sales Rep within Advanced Cellular, you can earn $1500 significant commission upside for top performers.

Job Summary

Sell the organization's products/services to new or established customers typically via walk-in business and process payments for products or service. Assist customer by answering questions, presenting products and services, and checking for stock and availability. Stepping up and take leadership tasks and learn to become one who can earn and teach those who you work around!

Role and Responsibilities (Not Limited To)

• Sell products and services to new or established customers which are typically walk-in opportunities
• Attend special training of products/services to understand the product features, trends, or styles of the products/services
• Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services, and checking for stock availability
• Process payments for products or service
• May maintain customer preference records
• Ensuring the store looks neat and clean by keeping it organized and cleaning when necessary
• Opening the store on time and following appropriate opening procedures
• Balancing at end of shift and completing the necessary closing steps before leaving for the day
• Nightly Reports of Progress and Sales
• Air Filter Maintenance
• Social Media Self Promotions

Working Conditions

• Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis.
• Able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. pounds occasionally.
• Hours 30 to 40hours per week.
• Ability to work varied hours/days.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems and POS register systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
