Hiring Location: 12901 N Interstate Hwy 35 Suite 1800, Austin, TX 78753

Compensation: $15-$16 Hr, PLUS Commission on Warranty's, PLUS Bonus!

Your role at Zales:

As a Seasonal Team Member you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. In addition, you will:

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their Jewelry needs and desires
• Ability to present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Take in and check out Jewelry repairs
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
• Meet individual and team sales goals

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Dependable
• Outgoing

• Spanish speaker preferred
• 1-2 years of jewelry sales experience or Proven 2+ years amazing sales performance in other fields.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
