TBH. STUDIOS is a small business in Watsonville, CA. Our goal is to spread awareness & transparency on eco conscious consumerism, through cute home decor & vintage.

Attend our super cute and entertaining shop at the East Lake Shopping Center! We sell candles, jewelry, home decor, clothes & so many other cute things. We love our customers and our customers love us so much!

A few key skills we adore: Anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions. Sending the social photo updates on current stock. Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact and offering help locating additional items, when needed. Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures. Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, and keeping it clean at all times. Supporting opening and closing booth activities, when needed. Make your own hours. We have roles for back of the house and front of the house, please let us know which one you prefer. We also offer internship opportunities for learning.
