We need an enthusiastic full-time Sales Associate who believes every question that's raised is an opportunity for you to build trust and educate your customer. This is a commissioned sales position. We are looking for go-getters who love the latest technology and finding just the right plan for your customer.

The Position: We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associates.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Retail Sales or Customer Service experience
• Steady work history and strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work in a competitive team environment
• Tech savvy
• Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist new and existing customers.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
• Deliver incredible customer service
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented
• Find just the right plan for your customer

The Location: Metro by T-Mobile currently operates multiple stores in Indiana

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
