This position is offering a base salary of $40k to $50k (depending on experience) with up to a $8 end-of-year bonus potential.
Kitchen Kettle Village is now accepting applications for a Retail Manager for stores owned by Burnley Enterprises. This role will support the General Manager and managers in stores such as Good Vibes, Deerskin Leather, Girls Day Out, Jewelry Bar, By Candle Light, Village Handmade, and Happy Camper. He or she leads and inspires associates to consistently provide the utmost in customer service through modeling the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values as well as the Company's Non-Negotiables. He/she is responsible for the sales performance, employee management, and merchandising in the stores.
Some of the essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Produce a fun, enjoyable environment for employees and guests that create a positive, happy, and memorable experience.
- Oversee responsibility for opening and closing procedures as well as general daily tasks. Have a working knowledge of software platforms – inventory management, email, scheduling, and payroll.
- Work closely with Owner and Retail Sales and Operations Manager as it relates to all store operations to maximize success in store
- Manage time effectively to prioritize the sales floor and customer relationships during the peak sales hours of the day
- Maximize store profitability by setting daily goals, analyzing monthly and annual plans, and driving sales to meet financial objectives.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to make them exceptional employees
- Ensure all Associates take part in sales training programs and follow the Burnley Enterprises' sales process
- Communicate all policy, procedure, and structural changes in a positive and timely manner
