We're looking for food and cooking fanatics to help create mindblasting experiences for our guests.

Spicewalla sources fresh, quality ingredients from around the world. We mix and package unqiue spice blends by hand. Guests come to us because they know to expect superior flavour. As our Retail Store manager, you bring the care we put into our spices directly to our customers. You'll use your love of food and people to ensure they have a great experience and are as excited about the additions to their spice cabinet as we are!

Guests come to you to educate them on products and you are excited to make product suggestions to fit their needs. You share our love of the brand and you're eager to introduce them to new blends and point them towards their new pantry staples.

This job is not passive. We don't want you to make a sale. We want you to make a connection. Food and cooking is about bringing people together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer care and kindness
• You'll work the store and provide leadership to your lean but capable team
• You've got the keys to the kingdom, and you're not afraid to use them! You'll open and close the store, as needed
• Work the register; you'll process sales transactions and use your product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Let your voice be heard! You'll communicate customer feedback and product needs to Spice Walla headquarters
• You'll help keep the backstock organized and the store tidy
• Help develop and retain a super collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you
