Job description
Garden of Enchantment is a local well loved esoteric gift store in the heart of old town who is currently looking to hire a friendly customer service focused Front Door Support Angel. This individual will play a critical part in our team and help maintain the flow of the store. The right person will have a positive and inviting demeanor, as well as a willingness to learn and engage with our guests.
This position will entail a strong work ethic and a willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
Job Duties:
- Welcome customers to the store and help maintain a limited number of guest in the store at a time.
- Keep track of the number of guest visiting throughout the day.
- Manage crowds when necessary and interact with guest, helping to answer any questions they may have.
- Answer calls and assist guest by providing details regarding store hours, address, and any other questions that may come up.
- Assist with pricing projects at your front desk workstation.
- During busy times follow directions from the Management Team and open your cash register to assist with express sales using credit cards, apple pay, etc. (no cash purchases).
- Help management with loss prevention by staying alert and deterring theft
