Job description

Provide helpdesk support to business operations utilizing ResWare

*Work with business leaders to obtain requirements for workflow changes and custom development solutions

*Define, build and implement actions and workflows within the ResWare platform

*Map documents in ResWare to the appropriate points

*Code documents and document templates in accordance with business and compliance requirements

*Map internal documents to work in XML format

*Resolve technical issues within ResWare including database troubleshooting

*Data Analysis and Data Visualization using SQL and Mode analytics tool

What You Have:

*3-5 years’ experience in ResWare

*SQL/software development experience highly desired

*Obsession with customer service and continually elevating customer experience standards through promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization

*Experience working cross functionality to push projects over the finish line

*Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills

*Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
