Summary:The primary purpose of your job position is to perform and develop individualized programs that maximize the residents existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, minimize the negative effects of disability, and maintain or improve functioning with an attitude of realistic optimism.
Educational Requirements:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must have, as a minimum, 1 year experience in long-term care.
