Position Summary
The Repairs Estimator serves as a leader in the repairs department of Five Star Restoration. This role is vital to ensuring the sale of repair opportunities and the cultivation of new referral relationships in the surrounding community. The one who fills this position will be charged with the timely and accurate estimation of projects along with managing communications with both homeowners and adjusters to solidify sales. This team member will ensure the successful delivery of Five Star service every time within the sales phase of the Repair process.
Responsibilities and Duties
Leadership Initiatives:
- Sets the tone for work ethic, performance, and attitude toward the role and responsibilities of repairs estimating within the Five Star team
- Ensures delivery of the “Five Star Service Every Time” motto within every relationship
- Encourages healthy and regular communication among team members
- Regularly evaluates oneself to ensure positive growth in all aspects of their role within the Five Star team
Daily Duties:
- Actively maintains calendar & manages the flow of assigned projects
- Estimates projects during the end of the mitigation phase
- Educates the customer and sets clear expectations for the repairs process
- Submits estimates to adjusters and communicates to determine final scopes
- Prepares & submits supplements in collaboration with production as needed
- Solicits and maintains healthy relationships with adjusters
- Ensures clear communication with mitigation team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
