RESTAURANT SERVER POSITION

POSITION SUMMARY

Eritage Resort is hiring! We are looking for a couple of dedicated, friendly and service oriented servers to join our team!

Eritage Resort in Walla Walla, Washington is an intimate property tucked within 300 acres of vineyards and is designed to provide guests with an unparalleled Washington wine country experience with exceptional lodging and cuisine.

Applicants should demonstrate:

· A positive mind set

· Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Experience in a previous high volume restaurant

· Food/Wine/Beverage knowledge

· Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary to include weekends, evenings and holidays.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Greet and serve guests with exceptional customer service

-Ability to describe and sell menu items

-Pair wines with menu

-Perform daily side work as needed

-Enter orders accurately into POS (Toast)

-Willingness to help team achieve success!
