We are seeking a General Manager with outstanding leadership skills and passion for food and hospitality to lead and oversee a new store in the CU Anschutz Campus in Aurora, Colorado!

Responsibilities include:

• Lead day-to-day operations
• Manage P&L by following cash flow, managing inventory & labor, and proactively take steps to increase revenue
• Oversee stations to provide quick, accurate and exceptional service
• Provide warm and friendly hospitality to all guests
• Professionally resolve guest complaints, concerns and feedback
• Hire, train and develop team
• Coach and motivate team to exceed goals and uphold standards

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in similar role
• At least two years of experience in successfully directing, motivating, coaching and developing team members
• Servsafe certification or equivalent
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to time-manage personal tasks
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
