JOB TITLE: Restaurant Busser/ Host

POSITION:

Solitude's restaurants, the way to people's hearts, have an opening for a few dedicated employees! This is a great opportunity for an individual to join our wonderful and successful food and beverage team. The busser position will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant dining room is clean and presentable for dining guests. Tables are to be bussed, cleaned, and sanitized in a quick, quiet, and efficient manner. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must
• Capable of standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 40lbs.
• Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent - preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude's standards
• Ability and willingness to collaborate
• Ability to obtain and maintain current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler's Permit.
• Ability to multi task.
  

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, including bussing and cleaning tables, windows, and floors.
• Responsible for trash and recycling removal and disposal.
• Provide guest service while bussing tables to include answering guest questions for mountain information, directions, restaurant information, etc.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Ensure that all dishes, cutlery, and serving trays are cleaned and stocked to a sufficient level from the start of the business day until the end
• Support restaurant staff with any other task that is needed to be done.
• Responsible for cleaning restrooms including toilets, floors, sinks, counters, etc.
• Organizing reservations and seating people.
