As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you:

• Are the leader of a multi-million dollar restaurant business with total operational and financial responsibility for an individual unit
• Perform hands-on work to train employees
• Respond to guest needs and model appropriate behaviors within the restaurant
• Provide the overall leadership and strong management skills
• Recognize and motivate all employees
• Coach and train the team for operational excellence.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
