We have an immediate opening for a Respiratory Therapist / RRT Manager working with a Large Hospital in Natrona Heights, PA!
The Respiratory Therapist Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy Dept. As the Respiratory Therapist Manager, you will have 24-hour accountability of the Respiratory Therapy department sharing responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment, and retention.
HOURS OF THIS POSITION FOR RESPIRATORY THERAPIST MANAGER:
- Monday-Friday 7:00/8:00 am-3:30/4:30 pm
- Up to $85,000 (based on experience)
- Excellent Orientation Program

- Recent critical care/acute care/hospital experience
- 3 years of clinical RT experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- BLS & ACLS
