Our Resolutions Team is looking for motivated and detail-oriented agents to join the team. This job includes speaking with both customers and merchants on a daily basis. This fast-paced position offers a great schedule and opportunity for commission and advancement.
The tasks handled by the Resolutions department include, but are not limited to:
- Returns
- Lease amount disputes
- Probate
- Missing and/or damaged merchandise
- B+ and LDW claims
- Adjustments to leases and terminations of leases

Scheduling
Full-time positions are available now!
Available shifts are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and 10:30am - 7:00pm..
The Resolutions dept is closed on weekends.
Compensation
The starting rate for this position is $17/hr, based on experience.
Opportunity for up to 5% commission based on performance and other indicators.
Requirements
Experience Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service in a call center or office environment. Finance background is helpful.
- Able to commute to Draper UT
- Fluent in English

- Attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
- Reliable - great attendance & time management
- Type 40 WPM to 60 WPM preferred
- Computer savvy
- Ability to perform efficiently and friendly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective listening skills with the ability to act on what is learned
