What will I be doing?
We are looking for Residential Team Coordinator to join our team and help us advance our mission. Asan RTC, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support for our Direct Service Professionals and the people we serve with their day-to-day activities in their home and in their community. A quick highlight of some of the things our coordinators do:
· Lead, Support, and Supervise assigned staff in support of persons served
· Establish high standards of conduct and performance for your team
· Build trusting partnerships to drive performance, engagement, and culture
· Conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings
· Develop scheduling for direct support to ensure support for persons served
· Ensure accuracy of billing of direct service hours
· Ensure timely documentation of client interactions and support interventions in the form of progress notes, incident reports, communication logs, and other as needed
· Assist staff in the implementation of behavioral plans
· Be responsive to and provide emergency intervention to persons receiving support
· Advocate for and aid clients in the areas of housing, finances, medical, and other
What do I need?
· Associate degree or minimum of 60 college credit hours preferred
· Two years’ experience supervisor experience preferred
· Ability to act as a positive adult role model
· Ability to follow and lead by example our mission
· Demonstrated experience of strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and management skills
· Must obtain Medication Manager certification within six months of employment
· Have a valid driver’s license
