Position Brief:
The Housekeeper will maintain superior cleanliness of the interior and exterior of a Residential setting. Along with work in tandem with management and maintenance personnel to ensure guest safety and satisfaction via prompt and proper reporting of maintenance issues. The Housekeeper position is a blended position requiring expertise in housekeeping, laundry operations, and light cooking.

The Housekeeper position is a blended position requiring expertise in housekeeping, laundry operations, and light cooking.
This is a full-time position; the candidate must be available 5 days per week according to a weekly preset schedule. Along with being available to work overtime as required based on business needs.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Able to work independently
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous housekeeping experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs cleaning duties in all areas of the home, including but not limited to guest areas, common areas, restrooms, and bedrooms.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Reports any necessary maintenance items, including but not limited to troubleshooting and repairs.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
