Job description
Build your career in the Residential building janitorial field! We are looking for a motivated, flexible and professional candidate to work as an Alliance janitorial worker. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities in order to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance. We have day and evening positions available.
Responsibilities include:
- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the interior of assigned property and common areas, including hallways, stairs, lobby floors and bathrooms.
- Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
- Stocks hand towels in bathrooms.
- Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
- Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, etc.
- Picks up and empties trash containers.
- Notifies maintenance supervisor or technician of items that are not working properly so maintenance may submit work orders.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
