The Resident Relations Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service while qualifying prospects, preparing lease proposals and lease documents. The associate will respond to customer care service requests professionally and timely. The associate will evaluate requests, schedule maintenance staff to complete work, expedite repairs and ensure resident satisfaction.

This position offers $23.00 per hour with the ability to earn thousands of dollars in bonus opportunities, plus benefits!

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Resident Services Coordinator:

You have current or recent experience within the multifamily, commercial, or hotel industry. You are energetic, enthusiastic, and resourceful with the ability to adapt to quickly to changing priorities. Responsible for package distribution and maintains tracking system for receipts and pick up. You will be an integral part of the team focusing primarily on resident retention, cultivating long-time relationships with current and future residents. If you’ve got Yardi Voyager experience, that’s an extra point for you! Your California Driver’s License is up to date as is your car insurance. Your driving record is something you’re proud of, even if it’s not perfect. You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a college degree, we’re impressed.
