As a Resident Aide in you will take part in our mission to provide services to meet the varying behavioral needs of individuals within our community. Our goal is to form partnerships with our residents grounded in dignity and respect to promote wellness, recovery, and healing.
The Shady Retreat Supported Living Program is made up of six resident apartments and a staff office. Located in a Doylestown apartment complex, Shady Retreat is a voluntary program where residents can actively pursue their chosen recovery and rehabilitation goals in an environment of support and hope. Residents and staff partner together to plan groups, outings, and work on their identified recovery goals.
Available Hours:

• FT Daytime- Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8:00 am - 8:30 pm

What You Offer:

• Ability to view all residents with Unconditional Positive Regard

• Computer proficiency
• Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
• LVF requires all Associates to be fully vaccinated upon hire. LVF will consider accommodations for medical and strongly held religious beliefs

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with severe and persistent mental health challenges
• Monitor medication
• Coordinate activities and programs to ensure that progress goals are achieved
