Responsibilities:
- Entering Data into appropriate fields
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
- Provide timely response to customer inquiries
- Assists in the parts room when necessary
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customer base
Qualifications:
- Computer literacy. Including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage several tasks at once
- Strong communication skills
- Stellar organizational traits including filing
- Attendance at work is an essential function of this position
- Mechanical/Shop background preferred, but not required
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
