BET Investments, Inc. develops, leases, and manages shopping centers, apartments, student housing, office buildings and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. We are currently seeking a full-time Renovation Technician to assist with our current renovation projects.

Under the direction of the Regional Service Manager, the Renovation Technician helps update each unit to BET standards.

You should have solid background in all phases of apartment building maintenance with interior unit renovation experience. You are responsible for ensuring the timely completion of renovations and repair projects. You will perform construction administration, monitoring, and some scheduling. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to work with Property Manager in ensuring the timely completion of renovated unit in time for new move ins. We are currently in the process of updating several units and making them environmentally conscious green units.

This position will require you to travel to different sites in Montgomery, Bucks and Chester counties. Most times a company vehicle will be available.

Job Requirements

*6-12 months renovation experience

*HVAC Certification preferred

*Working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permit process a plus

*Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, appliance, dry wall, flooring, plumbing, painting, and mold identification and abatement procedures

*Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Pay: $27.00 per hour
