Responsibilities
Job Description:
As a Renewal Support Specialist you will provide strong data analyst skills with qualified analytic capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
- Improve Partner behavior on Intent Capture (NEW vs. RENEW)
- Improve Organic Renewals through CCW-R and SUB UI through partner enablement.
- Support Partners to identify the right renewal reference during Quoting.
- Validating ATRs, Renewal References, and requesting correction of invalid data
- Create Quotes & attach Quotes to Opty’s
- Notifying Renewal Managers when CCW-R/SUB-UI were not used for renewals by Partners.
- Support top iACV and attrition deals.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of business experience
- Advanced Excel skills using Pivot Tables, vLook-ups and Macros
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Critical Thinker. Analyze and decompose complex problems and finds the correct solution for each situation.
- Excellent communication skills. From verbal communication with stakeholders to leveraging data and metrics to highlight opportunities and influence change.
- Highly analytical. Deeply familiar with various analytic tools and can interpret sizeable raw data set; conduct data analysis and audits.
- Can operationally execute. Knows how to use available tools to download and analyze data. Is highly organized with strong project/time management skills.
- Knowledge of services business.
- Knowledge of Cisco products and services (desired).
